
Last monday, we finally had our kick-off meeting for the EATWELL project on healthy and sustainable food systems in Bhutan together with our dreamteam: Neyzang Wangmo, Paljor Galay, Tashi Choden, Liv Elin Torheim, Marianne Morseth, Heidi Fjeld, Nina Cecilie Øverby and Anine C. Medin! This is a radically interdisciplinary project, generously funded by Norges forskningsråd, where nutritionists and anthropologists work together on integrating society, environment, food systems, eating, nutrition and health. Looking so much forward to start work on the ground as soon as the situation allows!!
